No. 145.-With reference to Government Notification No. 121 dated 11th February, 1935, His Majesty the KING has been pleased to approve the appointment of the Honourable Mr. THOMAS HENRY KING to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council, with effect from 23rd October, 1934.

No. 146.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Mr. Li Jow-son and Dr. LI SHU-FAN as members of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a period of three years, with effect from 17th December, 1935, and 4th January, 1936, respectively.

No. 147.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. LANCELOT RUGGLES ANDREWES to act as Registrar, Supreme Court, Registrar of Companies, Official Administrator and Official Trustee, during the absence of Mr. ERNEST PHILIP HENRY LANG, with effect from 4th February, 1936.
