ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1915. (IMPORTATION AND EXPORTATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, the Governor in Council makes the following regulation :-

No person shall import for sale, distribution or use in the Colony any vaccine lymph unless such vaccine lymph is accompanied by a certificate, to the satisfaction of the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services, that the same is of a proper strength, quality and purity.

ORDINANCE No. 12 of 1922. (REGISTRATION OF IMPORTS AND EXPORTS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Registration of Imports and Exports Ordinance, 1922, the Governor in Council amends the regulations made under the said Ordinance and published as Government Notification No. 170 in the Gazette of the 21st March, 1930, as follows:-

AMENDMENTS.

1. The following regulation is added to the said regula- tions:-

13 (1). Every person having in his custody, charge or care in any warehouse, godown, storage depot, store or shop in the Colony any of the commodities set forth in the Schedule to these regulations shall, if required to do so by the Superintendent, deliver to the Superintendent at the Statistical Office of the Imports and Exports Department a correct statement of all quantities of such commodities which
