THE Twenty-first Ordinary General Meet- ing of the above Association will be held at the Head Office, No. 26 The Bund, Shanghai, on Tuesday, the 11th April, 1911, at 4.30 o'clock p.m. precisely, for presentation of the Report of the Directors and the Accounts to the 31st December, 1910, the election of Directors and Anditors for the current year, and for the purpose of transacting any other business which may be transacted at au Ordin- ary General Meeting.
The Transfer Books of the Association will be closed from the 4th to the 11th April, 19EL, both days inclusive.
Members holding proxies for absent Share- holders must deposit samu with the Secretary for Registration at least forty-eight hours before the Meeting.
