ORDINANCE No. 16 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH (ANIMALS AND BIRDS)).

It is hereby notified that in exercise of the power con- ferred by section 2 (1) (h) of the Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council has declared that the undermentioned diseases are included in the term disease for the purposes of the said Ordinance or any by-law made thereunder :-

Surra.

Red Water (Texas fever). Buffalo disease.
