THE NATIONAL BANK OF CHINA, LIMITED,

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extra-

ordinary General Meeting of the NATIONAL BANK OF CHINA, LINITED, will be held at St. George's Building, Chater Rond, Victoria, Hongkong, on Saturday, the Twenty-fourth day of June, 1911, at 12.80 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing as Extraordinary Resolutions, the following Resolutions, that is to say :--

(1) That the Company by wound-up voluntarily, and that ARTHUR RY- LANDS LOWE, Chartered Accountant, of Thorner's Chombers, Fenchurch Street, London, E.U, and St. George's Building. Hongkong, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

(2) That the Liquidator be authorised to pay out of the funds of the Company sum not seceding $100,000 as compensation to members of the

Company's staff,

Should the dove Resolutions be passed by the requisite njority, they will be submitted for confirmation as Special Resolutions to a Segond Extraordinary General Meeting which will be subsequently convened.
