No. 70.-It is hereby notified that a competitive examination for the Indian Civil Service, open to all qualified persons, will be held in London in July and August, 1936, and that copies of the regulations, syllabus of examination, and forms of application to be filled up by the candidates may be seen on application at this office.

SUPREME COurt.
No. 71.-The offices of the Supreme Court will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Chinese New Year vacation, except on general and public holidays, when the offices will be entirely closed, subject, however, to the provisions of section 5 of the Supreme Court (Vacations) Ordinance, 1898, sɔ far as it relates to the criminal sessions. The Chinese New Year vacation will commence on the 24th instant and terminate on the 28th instant (both days inclusive).
