ORDINANCE No. 36 of 1931. (LIQUORS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 52 of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, the Governor in Council hereby approves and appoints to be a warehouse for the storing of dutiable liquors of JEHANGIR HORMUSJEE RUTTONJEE (carrying on business under the style of H. Ruttonjee & Son) with effect from the 30th day of December, 1935, until further notice, the premises comprising the basement, with an aggregate of 8,000 square feet or thereabout, situate at Nos. 3, 5, 5A, 7 & 9, Duddell Street.
The approval and appointment of No. 464 Des Voeux Road West as a warehouse for the storing of the dutiable liquors of the above named firm is revoked as from the 12th day of January, 1936.

ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1911. (UNIVERSITY).
In exercise of the power in that behalf conferred by section 14 of the University Ordinance, 1911, the Court of the University of Hong Kong on the 9th day of December, 1935, amended the Statutes of the University by rescinding paragraph 5 of statute 3, as amended on the 17th April, 1925, and pub- lished as Government Notification No. 350 in the Gazette of the 19th June, 1925, and by substituting the following para- graph therefor:
5. The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine shall be elected by the Board of that Faculty. A Dean who has been so elected shall hold office for the period for which such Dean is elected, but such period shall not exceed three years at any one time. If any Dean shall vacate office the Board of the Faculty shall forthwith elect another Dean who shall hold office for the period for which such new elected Dean is elected but such period shall not exceed three years. A Dean who has been elected as aforesaid shall be eligible for re-election. The first election under this clause shall take place during the first month in the academic year 1936 and thereafter from time to time as soon as is conveniently possible after the office of Dean has become vacant.
The Deans of the Faculties of Engineering and Arts shall be elected by the respective Boards of those Faculties during the first month of each academic year. A Dean who has been
