OTICE is hereby given that a Petition for the winding up of the above named Company by the Supreme Court of Hongkong was on the 8th day of March 1911 presented to the said Court by CHET NG SHAU PANG of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Account- ant a creditor of the said Company And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the said Court sitting at the Supreme Court House Victoria aforesaid on the 23rd March 1911 at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the winding up of the said Company under the above Ordinance should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said Com- pany requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the

same.

sect. 179 of the Companies Ordinance of Hongkong of 1865 that a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company will be held at No. 22 Kiangse Road Shanghai on Monday the 10th day of April next at 4.30 o'clock in the afternoon for the purpose of having an account bid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.
