Ship Paints, have on the 7th day of December, 1910, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the follow- ing Trade Mark :-
The representation of a Cruiser or Battle- ship in the top left hand corner and the representation of two yachts under full sail in the top right hand corner and between which (inter alia) is printed the word "Bredell's".
