Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company duly con- vened and held at 12, Kiukiang Road, Shang- bai, on Monday, the 12th day of December, 1910, the following Special, Resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent Extraordin- ary General Meeting also duly convened and held at the same place on Wednesday, the 28th day of December, 1910. the said Resolu- tion was duly confirmed, viz. :—
"That the Company be wound up volun- tarily under the provisions of the Companies Ordinances of Hong- kong, and that Mr. E. M. Ross of "Shanghai, be, and be is hereby appointed Liquidator for the pur- pose of such winding up." Dated this ath day of January, 1911.
