SPECIAL CONDITIONS.

The Crown Lease shall be in the usual form of Crown Leases of lands in the New Territories and shall contain a special condition that the Lessee shall have no right of access to the sea and that in the event of the land leased being resumed for public purposes the Lessee shall only be entitled to compensation for the land resumed at a rate not exceeding 2 cents per square foot of land resumed.
