Uttering threatening letter with intent, contrary to section 46, sub-section (1) (ii) of the Larceny Ordinance, 1985.

PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE.

A.B. on the

day of at Victoria in this Colony, uttered, knowing the contents thereof, a letter or writing threatening to accuse J.N. of a certain crime, to wit, of having attempted to commit the abomin- able crime of buggery with the said A.B., with intent to extort or gain money from the said J.N.;

the words the figures: "Fraudulent conversion of property, contrary to section 62 (1)(a) of the Larceny Ordinance 1865.", in the First Count, Statement of Offence, in Form No. 22 are repealed, and the words and figures: "Fraudulent conversion of property, contrary to section 32, sub-section (1) (iii) (a) of the Larceny Ordinance, 1935." are substituted therefor; and

the words and figures: "Fraudulent conversion of property, contrary to section 62 (1) (b) of the Larceny Ordinance, 1865.", in the Second Count, Statement of Offence, in Form No. 22 are repealed, and the words and figures: "Fraudulent conversion of property, contrary to section 32, sub-section (1) (iii) (b) of the Larceny Ordinance, 1935." are substituted therefor.
