The notes to the model stated that the expression "convention" needs inter- pretation; but it was not therein defined as it was assumed that a suitable defini- tion already exists in the Ordinances of all Colonies. The Conventions in sub- section (2) are those referred to in the preamble to the Dangerous Drugs Act. 1982, (22 Geo. 5, c. 15).
