Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the abovenamed Com- pany, duly convened and held in the Registered office, 97 Jervois Street, at 3 p.m. on Friday 22nd February, 1935, the following resolution was duly passed.
The resolution was also confirmed by the Creditors at a meeting held in the Registered office of the Company at 3 p.m. on Saturday 23rd February, 1935,
