No. 953.—In order that a complete list may be maintained for record purposes, it is requested that those ladies and gentlemen resident in Hong Kong, other than those now serving in His Majesty's Forces, who have had any decoration conferred upon them by His Majesty the KING, will inform the Chief Clerk, Colonial Secretariat. The year when the decoration was conferred and the full Christian names of the recipient should be stated, unless this has already been done, within 14 days from the date of this notifi- cation.
