An Ordinance to regulate the importation and the removal

of sand.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1935.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Sand Ordinance, Short title.

2.—(1) No person may take sand from any land, fore- Permit shore or sea bed, not under lease from the Crown, without required for
