An Ordinance to amend the Crown Solicitors Ordinance, 1912, and to repeal the Crown Solicitors Amendment Ordinance, 1924.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Solicitors Short title. Amendment Ordinance, 1935.

2. Section 2 of the Crown Solicitors Ordinance, 1912, Substitution as amended by section 2 of the Crown Solicitors Amendment for Ordin- Ordinance, 1924, is repealed, and the following section is substituted :-

3. Section 3 (1) of the Crown Solicitors Ordinance, Amendment 1912, is amended-
