No. 516. It is hereby notified that on the 27th day of June, 1935, the under- mentioned order was made by the Governor under the hand of the Colonial Secretary pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance.

UNCLAIMED BALANCES ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.

It is hereby ordered by the Governor under the hand of the Colonial Secretary pursuant to section (2) of the above Ordinance that the under mentioned unclaimed balances of intestate estates which have been in the Treasury for more than five years shall be forthwith transferred to the general revenue of the Colony subject to the provi- sions of the said Ordinance relating to refunds.
