(EMERGENCY
In
A case of Rabics in a mule having occurred in the Colony, and the Governor in Council considering that, in the circumstances, an occasion of public danger exists: exercise of the power conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, 1922, the Governor in Council makes the following regulations :-
Regulations.
1. Except with the written permission of the Colonial Veterinary Surgeon all movement of equines from the New Territories to any other part of the Colony is prohibited.
2. No equine in Kowloon or the New Territories (including
New Kowloon) shall be turned out to graze.
3. Any equine in Kowloon or the New Territories (includ- ing New Kowloon) now turned out to graze shall be brought into stables there forthwith.
