3. The Honourable the Officer Commanding the 'roops, Brigadier HUGH GARDEN SETII-SMITH, D.S.O., and the Honourable Dr. WILLIAM BROWNLOW ASHE MOORE, (Acting Director of Medical and Sanitary Services), took the Oath of Allegiance and assumed their seats as Members of the Council.
