Sir WILLIAM EDWARD LEONARD SHENTON, Kt., moved the Second reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to further and protect the activities in Hong Kong of the St. John Ambulance Association and the St. John Ambulance Brigade Overseas and to incorporate the Director for the time being of the Ambulance Department of the Order of St. John in Hong Kong and the Treasurer and Secretary for the time being of the long Kong Branch of the St. John Ambulance Association as Custodian Trustees." The Hon. Dr. ROBERT HORMUS KOTEWALL, C.M.G., LL.D., seconded.
