OTICE is hereby given that a petition pre- sented to the Supreme Court of Hong Kong on the 14th day of November, 1934, for confirming the reduction of the capital of the abovenamed company from $500,000.00 to $300,000.00 by cancelling paid-up capital which has been lost or is unrepresented by available assets is directed to be heard before The Honourable Mr. Alasdair Duncan Atholl MacGregor, Chief Justice, on Monday the Third day of December, 1934, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.

Any creditor or shareholder of the company desiring to oppose the making of an order for the reduction of the capital of the said company under the above Ordinance may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose. Such person is required to give two clear days' notice in writing of his inten- tion to appear with the grounds of his objec- tions to the undersigned, the solicitor of the company.

A copy of the petition will be furnished to any person requiring the same by the under- signed on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
