In the Goods of Leopold Sebastien Henri Francois Vidal, late of 36 Rue Saint Jacques, Marseilles, in the Republic of France, a Lieutenant of Naval Reserve, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Court has, by virtue of the provisions of Section 58 of Ordinance No. 2 of 1897, made an order limiting the time for creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to 4th November, 1934.
All Creditors and others are accordingly hereby required to send their claims to the undersigned on or before that date.

As certain companies have at a later date started business of a similar nature to that of our firm and are using a name very much phonetically resembling ours, we therefore i wish to draw the attention of the public, both local and abroad, especially Straits Settlements, who have dealings with us to take special precautions in order to avoid misunderstanding and confussion and to make clear that they are dealing with our firm only and no firm trading under our name.
