Ltd. as a Committee of Inspection.

That it is expedient that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. Lee Fang and Mr. Wong Shun Him both of No. 8A Des Voeux Road Central, (2nd floor), Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, be appointed jointly and severally liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up ".
