It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the Purchase of Pine Trees, Brushwood and Prunings from Trees", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 13th day of August, 1934, for the purchase of Pine Trees, Brushwood and Prunings from Trees from the Botanical and Forestry Department for the period August 20th 1934 to December 31st, 1935.
For forms of tender, specifications and further particulars apply at this office.
No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $100 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.
