OTICE is hereby given that Kearney and Foot Company, of No. 23, Acorn Street, City of Providence, State of Rhode Island, in the United States of America, have on the 19th day of February, 1931, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :—

The above trade mark has been used by the Applicants since 1880 in respect of Files in Class 12.

The said Trade Mark is to be associated with trade mark of pending application No. 255 of 1933.

The application is limited to the colours shown on the mark. The Applicants disclain the right to the exclusive use of the repre- sentation of a box.
