NOTICE is hereby given in purance

Section 225 of the Companies Ordinance 1932, that a General Meeting of the members of the abovenamed Company will be held at No 279, Des Vœux Road Central, Hong Kong, on the 16th March, 1934, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Com- pany and of the Liquidators thereof, shall be disposed of.

The . Agfa Suprema " Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of (1) Articles of clothing in Class 38 (2) Artificial textile fibres, artificial silk yarns and piece goods of artificial silk in Class 50.

Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.
