ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1931. (NURSES REGISTRATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Nurses Registration Ordinance, 1931, the Governor in Council further amends the regulations made under the said Ordinance and published as Government Notification No. 321 in the Gazette of the 22nd May, 1931 as follows:-
Amendments.
(1) In regulation 5,
the proviso added as appears in Government Notification No. 444 published in the Gazette of the 23rd June, 1933, is deleted.
(2) In regulation 6,
the proviso added to paragraph (1) as appears in the said. Government Notification No. 444 is deleted.
(3) Regulation 13 is rescinded and the following regula- tion substituted:
13. The entrance fee for the Preliminary Examination shall be five dollars, and for the Final Examination seven dollars. The fee shall be paid before the applicant's name is entered for the examination. No reduction will be allowed to candidates who appear a second or subsequent time for the same examination.
(4) In regulation 15,
the words at the end of the regulation "No fee shall be payable on such registration." are deleted.
