WHEREAS by Section 65 of the Merchant Shipping (Safety and Load Line Conventions) Act, 1932 (22-3 G. 5. c. 9), it is enacted that His Majesty, if satisfied that the Government of any country has ratified the Load Line Convention, may, by Order in Council, make a declaration to that effect:
