ORDINANCE No. 36 of 1931. (LIQUORS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, the Governor in Council alters the fees and conditions of licences as appears hereunder, with effect on and from the 16th day of November, 1934.
1. The closing hour for Hotels for or in respect of which a Publican's licence or Hotel Keeper's adjunct licence is held shall be 1 a.m. instead of midnight.
2. The closing hour for Restaurants for or in respect of which a Restaurant adjunct licence is held, in respect of every occasion of reservation of the premises for a private party, shall be 1 a.m.
3. The fees payable in respect of any extension of hours shall be-
For Hotels
$25 for the first hour, and $50 for each subsequent hour, except where the extension is for a private party only, in which case the fees shall be $10 for the first hour and $20 for each subsequent hour.
For Restaurants (private parties).........$10 for the first hour,
$20 for each sub- sequent hour.
4. The Second Schedule to the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, and the relevant conditions of licence are varied in accordance with the foregoing alterations.

No. 876. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased temporarily to appoint Mr. JAMES JOSEPH HAYDEN to be a Puisne Judge for the purposes of the Full Court Ordinance, 1933, in relation to any criminal appeal now pending.
