ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1903. (PUBLIC HEALTH AND BUILDINGS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, the Sanitary . Board makes the following amendment of the by-laws under the heading "Eating-houses", set forth in Government Notification No. 552 of 1930, published in the Gazette of the 5th September, 1930, and amended as appears in Government Notifications Nos. 553 of 1930, 55 of 1932 and 802 of 1933.

Add the following by-law :---

"16. Where any part of a floor to which the licence relates is used for sleeping purposes, such part shall be partitioned off from the remainder of the floor to the satisfaction of the Board; and no part of the trade shall be carried on and no storage of food or utensils shall be permitted in the part so partitioned off for sleeping purposes."

Add the following by-law:
