Add the following by-law :---
"12. Where any part of a floor of a bake-house is used for sleeping purposes, such part shall be partitioned off from the remainder of the floor to the satisfaction of the Board; and no part of the trade shall be carried on and no storage of raw materials or finished products shall be permitted in the part so partitioned off for sleeping purposes."

ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1903. (PUBLIC HEALTH AND BUILDINGS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, the Sanitary Board makes the following amendment of the by-laws under the heading "Offensive trades", set forth in Schedule B to the above-mentioned Ordinance and amended as appears in Government Notifications Nos. 769 of 1927, 612 of 1929 and 610 of 1930.
Add the following by-law:-
"16. Where any part of a floor to which the licence relates is used for sleeping purposes, such part shall be partitioned off from the remainder of the floor to the satisfaction of the Board; and no part of the trade shall be carried on and no storage of raw materials or finished products shall be permitted in the part so partitioned off for sleeping purposes."
