No. 765. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, 1934, Ordinance No. 21 of 1934, to appoint the following as a Deputy Registrar of Births and Deaths:

No. 766.-It is hereby notified that Senor TRINIDAD EUGENIO LACAYO, Honorary Consul for Nicaragua and Salvador at Hong Kong resumed charge of the Consulates for Nicaragua and Salvador at Hong Kong, on 1st October, 1934.

No. 767.-lis Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. ROLAND ARTHUR CHARLES NORTH to be Principal Assistant Colonial Secretary and Clerk of Councils during the absence on leave of Mr. DAVID WILLIAM TRATMAN, C.M.G., or until further notice, with effect from the 11th October, 1934.

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Monday, the 22nd day of October, 1934, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
