It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has under Section 6A (2) (a) of the New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910, this day approved of the setting apart as a Cemetery for Chinese Christians of an area containing about 1.48 acres to be known as the Sai Kung Catholic Cemetery Lot No. 1697 in D.D. 221 of the Northern District of the New Territories of Hong Kong in the position shewn on a plan which is deposited and may be inspected at the Office of the District Officer North.

ORDINANCE No. 11 of 1926. (WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance, 1926, the Governor in Council further amends the Wireless Telegraphy Regulations set forth in Government Notification No. 375 published in the Gazette of the 26th July, 1929, as follows:-

Amendments.

(1) The following is added to the enumeration of licences in regulation 1:

(f) Radio distribution station licences.

(2) The words "The form of and the fee for a radio distribution station licence shall be determined by the Governor in Council in each case: The forms of other licences" are substituted for the words "The forms of licences", in the first line of regulation 9.

(3) The words "This regulation shall not apply to radio distribution station licences. are added to regulation 10.
