ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1931. (BANKRUPTCY).
Order made by the Chief Justice under section 114 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance. 1931, Ordinance No. 10 of 1931, on the third day of August, 1934, and approved by the Legislative Council on the 13th day of September, 1934.
Rule 123 of the Bankruptcy Rules, 1932, made by the Chief Justice with the approval of the Legislative Council and published in the Gazette on the 18th November, 1932, as Government Notification No. 727 of 1932, is amended by the substitution of the words "four months" for the words "one month" in the first line of sub-rule (1) and in the fourth line of sub-rule (4) thereof.
