ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1915. (IMPORTATION AND EXPORTATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 (a) of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, the Governor in Council makes the following Order in Council:-

The exportation of arms, war material, aeroplanes, aeroplane motors, separate parts thereof and munitions to Bolivia and Paraguay is prohibited.

Provided that this Order in Council shall not extend to arms, war material, aeroplanes, aeroplane motors, separate parts thereof and munitions carried into the Colony by water and which are, without transhipment into any other vessel, carried out of the Colony on the same vessel on which they were carried into the Colony.

His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. HUGH BRAGA be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 697 of the 20th October, 1933.
