An Ordinance to amend the Official Signatures Fees Ordinance,

1888.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Official Signatures Short title. Fees Amendment Ordinance, 1934.

2. Section 2 of the Official Signatures Fees Ordinance, Amendment 1888, is amended by the addition of the following paragraph of Ordin- at the end thereof:

(11) for the signature of the Head of the Sanitary Department-$5.
