No. 626. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, 1934, Ordinance No. 21 of 1934, to appoint the following as Deputy Registrars of Births and Deaths :-

NOTICES.
COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEpartment
No. 627. It is hereby notified that by an Order of His Majesty in Council dated the 22nd March, 1934. the Extradition Acts, 1870 to 1906, have been further applied in respect of Gambia and the Gilbert and Ellice Islands in the case of certain Foreign States parties to the International Convention for the Suppression of the White Slave Traffic which was signed at Paris on the 4th May, 1910.
The Order came into operation on the 9th April, 1934.
The text of the Order is based on that of the Order which appeared in the Hong Kong Government Gazette of the 16th October, 1931, as Government Notification No. 654.
