An Ordinance to amend the Crown Counsel's Fees Ordinance,

1903.

Short title.

Amendment of Ordin- ance No. 24 of 1903, s. 2.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Counsel's Fees Amendment Ordinance, 1934.

2. Section 2 of the Crown Counsel's Fees Ordinance, 1903, is amended by the insertion of the words "or any Assistant Attorney General or any Counsel attached to the Attorney General's department" immediately after the words

'Attorney General" in each sub-section thereof.
