2. The Minutes of the Meeting held on the 28th June, 1934, were confirmed.

3. The following papers were laid on the table:-

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 2 of the Public Places Regulation Ordinance, 1870, Ordinance No. 2 of 1870, relating to horses, etc., using Deep Water Bay beach, dated 26th June, 1934.

Regulations made by Governor in Council under section 3 of the Dogs Ordin-

ance, 1927, Ordinance No. 21 of 1927, dated 28th June, 1934.
