The rainfall for the month of June at the Botanical Gardens was 26ins. 99 on 25 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was 20ins. 01 on 24 days, at Fauling, 18ins. 16 on 24 days, and at the Police Station, Taipo, 24ins. 60 on 25 days.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ins. 678 at 2h. 00m. on the 20th. The maximum gust velocity as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of 56 miles per hour at 14h. 59m. on the 2nd.
