ORDINANCE No. 28 of 1917. (FERRIES).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, 1917, the Governor in Council hereby amends the list of excluded ferries appearing in Government Notification No. 441 published in the Gazette of the 23rd June, 1933, as amended by Government Notification No. 3 published in the Gazette of the 5th January, 1934, by the deletion of item 5 in such list, and the substitution therefor of the following item,-

5. The ferry of Sin Wai Man between Hong Kong and Sai Kung via Shaukiwan.

ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1915.

(IMPORTATION AND

EXPORTATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, the Governor in Council makes the following regulation :-

No person shall, except under an export permit granted by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports export from the Colony any sand.
