ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899.

(MERCHANT SHIPPING).

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 25 (4) and 33 (2) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council hereby further amends Table M in the Schedule to the said Ordinance by inserting the following regulation in the group of regulations under the heading "(V)—Telegraph cables and other protected apparatus."

19A. A cable ground is established between the mooring buoys of H.M.S. "Cornflower", moored 400 yards S. W. of Kellett Island, and the Praya East sea-wall, within the follow- ing boundaries :-

Northern boundary-A line joining the mooring buoys of II.M.S. "Cornflower.'

Southern boundary.-The Prava East sea-wall between a white streak on such sea-wall between Tonnochy Road and Marsh Road and another white streak on such sea-wall between Marsh Road and Bowrington Canal.

Eastern boundary.-A line joining the eastern extremities of the northern and southern boundaries.

Western boundary.-A line joining the western extremities of the northern and southern boundaries.
