No. 430 -Under authority of Merchant Shipping Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, Section 39 Sub-section 18, vessels, other than those employed in the carriage of Pigwash are prohibited from mooring to the seawall in Hong Kong between a position from the 30 feet boundary on the west side of the Hong Kong and New Territories Ferry Com- pany's Pier continued to the westward as far as the Sanitary Dump between the hours of 5 a.m. and 9 a.m.
