ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899.
(MERCHANT SHIPPING).
Night clearance.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 (2) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, the Governor in Council rescinds regulation 23 in Table E (published by Notification No. 81 in the Gazette of the 9th February, 1934) and substitutes the following regulation:-
23. Subject to the provisions of regulations 24 and 25 of these regulations no launch, ferry vessel or motor boat shall leave any port between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. from October to March inclusive, or between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. from April to September inclusive, without a night clearance for which a fee of one dollar shall be paid.

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 90 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, extended the area of the place to be
used as a cemetery, known as New Stanley Cemetery and referred to in Notification No. 493 published in the Gazette of the 21st July, 1933, as shown on the amended plan which is deposited at and which may be seen in the Office of the Public Works Department.
