No. 333.-It is hereby notified that nominations are invited of a Justice of the Peace to serve on the Legislative Council as a representative of the Justices of the Peace during the absence of the Honourable Sir H. E. POLLOCK, Kt., K.C., LL.D.
Every candidate must be nominated in writing by one Justice and seconded by another and the nomination delivered to the undersigned not later than Thursday, the 3rd day of May, 1934.
Forms may be obtained at the Magistracy.
Should more than one nomination be received a meeting of Justices of the Peace will be held at the Supreme Court on Saturday, the 5th day of May, 1934, from 12.00 noon to 1.00 p.m. for the purpose of deciding upon a representative.
Justices of the Peace who are Government Officials are not entitled to take part in these proceedings.
