No. 289.-Notification No. 115 of Gazette No. 10 of 2nd March, 1928, is hereby cancelled and the following is substituted therefore :-
Under power conferred by Ordinance No. 10 of 1899 Section 39 (17), it is hereby notified that sampans and boats are prohibited from anchoring, congregating or loitering within 100 yards of the entire sea-wall of either the Royal Naval Yards at Hong Kong or Kowloon.
