It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government in Council has given direc- tions for the rescission of the Order of the 16th January, 1934, published in the Gazette of the 19th January, 1934, as Government Notification No. 32, declaring Haiphong to be a place at which an infectious or contagious diseasc, namely, small-pox, prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.

No. 278.-- His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint the following officers to be his Honorary Aides-de-Camp, with effect from the 7th April, 1934:-

No. 279.--It is hereby notified that during the absence on leave of Mr. JOHN THEOPHILUS BAGRAM, Honorary Consul-General for Siam in Hong Kong, Mr. JonN HENNESSEY SETH will be in charge of the Siamese Consulate-General.

No. 280.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. LANCELOT RUGGLES ANDREWES to be a Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court and a Deputy Registrar of Companies, with effect from the 7th April, 1934.
