An Ordinance to amend the Sunday Cargo Working Ordin-

ance, 1929.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Sunday Cargo Short title. Working Amendment Ordinance, 1934.

2. Paragraph (a) of section 2 of the Sunday Cargo Work- Amendment ing Ordinance, 1929 is repealed and the following paragraph ance No. 7 of is substituted therefor :-

(a) "Cargo" does not include coal for the ship's bunkers, fuel-oil, water or other necessaries for the use of the ship, mails, personal luggage, live stock, ice, meat, fish, milk, cream, bread, confectionery, fruit, vegetables, flowers and other articles of a perishable nature.
