PRESENT,

THE KING'S MOST EXCELLENT MAJESTY IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by Section 37 of the Merchant Shipping (Safety and Load Line Conventions) Act, 1932, it is enacted that His Majesty, if satisfied that the Government of any country has acceded to the Safety Convention, may, by Order in Council, make a declaration to that effect :

And whereas His Majesty is satisfied that the Government of Bulgaria has acceded to the Safety Convention :

Now, therefore, His Majesty, in pursuance of the powers vested in Him by the aforesaid Section and of all other powers enabling Him in that behalf, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, is pleased to declare and doth hereby declare that the Government of Bulgaria has acceded to the Safety

Convention.

No. 241.-The following alteration is made to Government Notification No. S. 116 dated 23rd March, 1934, which was published in the Supplement to the Hong Kong Government Gazette No. 12 of the 23rd March, 1934 :-

For the words “ Noon of Saturday, 31st March, 1934," in the thirteenth para-

graph substitute the words " Noon of Wednesday, 4th April, 1934".

SUPREME COURT.

No. 242.--The offices of the Supreme Court will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Easter vacation, except on public and general holidays, when the offices will be entirely closed. The Easter vacation begins on the 30th day of March, 1934 and terminates on the 5th day of April, 1934, (both days inclusive).
